And a man gives birth

I have zero interest in the moral debate about Thomas Beatie, the transgendered "pregnant man," who gave birth last Thursday to a healthy baby girl.

What I am fixated on is the idea that he had a "natural" birth. Granted, I know nothing about what it took to reshape Thomas' clitoris to make it more like a penis, but he could still pass a baby through that? Amazing.

What are the odds he had an epidural?

not sure if you meant this tongue in cheek or not... but wanted to clarify, Thomas Beatie has said in interviews that he "... retained his female sex organs because he intended one day to get pregnant. 'I actually opted not to do anything to my reproductive organs because I wanted to have a child one day.'"

Anyway, so natural childbirth is completely possible for him, and no penis was involved in the birth. :)

I'm confused by what the size of the clitoris would have to do with passing a baby through the pelvis and vagina.
